The Veterans Action Council is comprised of Veteran Organizations from across the country, one of the oldest of these is Veterans For Medical Cannabis Access, or VMCA. As advocates for Veterans' rights to access medical cannabis for therapeutic purposes, VMCA encourages all legislative bodies to endorse Veterans' right to use medical cannabis therapeutically and responsibly. 

 

VMCA is working to preserve and protect the long established doctor-patient relationship, including the ability to safely discuss medical cannabis use within the V.A. healthcare system without fear of punishment or retribution.In this series, "Veterans Voices" VAC Council Members Michael Krawitz and Al Byrne interview the Veterans in the trenches of the so called "War on Drugs".
